Turtles &
Cenote Adventure

Tour Description

Akumal Turtle Snorkel

“Akumal a little town on the edge of an amazing turtle beach, explore with a our talented local guide, private roundtrip transportation with a driver, great picture ops, a local lunch stop, some time to shop, and even a cenote swim.

Private tours can be taken any day of the week.

Akumal Sea Turtles are the destination. We will take you out to snorkel. The main type of turtles are loggerhead and green turtles. Although we see turtles year round the best time is May to November, during the nesting and breeding seasons.

Not only will you see turtles but we usually see rays and fish along our stop. The tour is in a small wooden boat called a panga. Our authorized guide will take us out and to a place where we can jump in the water and swim.

Cenote Swim Tulum

Next, we head off to a great spot to cool off in fresh water, a local cenote, where you can jump, play and see another natural wonder of the Riviera Maya. Cenotes are mostly found here along the coast, inland, where porous rock formations have created stunningly clear swimming holes.

Our last stop is a locals Mexican lunch where you can enjoy fresh seafood, quesadillas or even veggie options. There is something for everyone!
